Effective 1 April 2022, non-Malaysians may enter Malaysia without prior approval from the Malaysian authorities (i.e. MyTravelPass / MyEntry not required)

Fill out Malaysia business e-visa application form online

and provide digital copies of the following documents:

a
Scanned copy of Guinea Bissau passport. A clear scan of the information pages of your valid, signed passport.

Recent passport sized studio photo . Please see photo guidelines here.

Business invitation. A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in the destination country. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Thailand, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager. The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines:
• Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant).
• State the nature of the business to be conducted (i.e. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in the destination country. Include Dates of travel and length of stay in Thailand.
• Specify the Type and desired Validity of the visa (Confirm that Multiple Entry is needed because will travel several times over the next year).

Proof of accommodation. Proof of accommodation (hotel reservation, proof of ownership or rent a house on behalf of applicant) or, if applicable, the commitment of maintenance and accommodation filled and signed by a person from Malaysia.

Supporting Document. Such as:
If you are employed; a letter from employer granting your holidays for a specific period;
If you are self-employed; evidence of your business activities and financial standing (e.g. A letter from HM Revenue about your tax contributions, company registration and letter from accountant.);
If you are a student; a letter from your school/college/university stating the course you are on, its start and finish dates;
If you are unemployed/dependent; evidence of any family or social ties acting as a sponsor: - identification proof (i.e: Passport/identity card) - evidence of relationship to you (i.e: Marriage certificate or birth certificate) - immigration status (i.e: Permit).

Proof of status. A copy of immigration status in the country of residence such as a resident card, work, or study permit.

Itinerary. A copy of round trip tickets or or confirmed itinerary. If you will be entering and/or exiting Malaysia by land please submit: Train or bus tickets showing your entry and exit from Malaysia OR A letter addressed to the "Immigration Officer" explaining exactly how, when, and where you will be entering and leaving Malaysia along with your full itinerary into and out of the region.

Proof of Sufficient Funds. The financial coverage of the expenses can be certified with one of the following documents: an original income certificate of the employer or a bank account statement on the account turnover during the last three months or a pension slip or a certificate of registration in the case of an individual entrepreneur or one-man firm or a valid ticket a certificate of a reserved and prepaid journey accommodation or in the case of minors a declaration by the legal representative on the coverage of the costs and on the existence of the financial coverage or a letter of invitation issued and endorsed by the Office of Immigration and Nationality.

Business support letter. A business letter from the sending company in Canada. The letter should be printed on the company letterhead stationery, addressed to "The Consulate of Malaysia, Visa Section", and signed by a senior manager. The business letter must adhere to the following guidelines: Must contain applicant's passport number and expiration date. Briefly introduce the applicant (please specify employment status/position held in the company by applicant). State the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.) and the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Malaysia. Specify the Type and desired Validity of the visa (ie. a one year multiple entry business visa). Guarantee of sufficient funds for travel. The sample format for this letter can be found here.
